Play with peace of mind knowing there will be no unexpected repairs or replacement costs. For only $9.97 extra per week, you may enroll in our Total HarpCare repair and maintenance program. This invaluable program covers 100% of the cost of any labor, parts, and repairs due to accidental damage or theft of the instrument. It even covers replacement of strings due to normal use! Whether just routine maintenance or a mishap, we have you covered. So long as the damage isn’t deliberate or a result of intentional misuse, you will only have to cover shipping back and forth to an Authorized Starter Harp Repair facility if needed. That’s it!

Covers harps that are accidentally damaged.
Did your dog run into the harp and knock it over causing a crack in the wood? We’ll repair it or replace the harp if it is not repairable. You just cover the shipping. Or if there is a local place that can repair it, with prior authorization, we will cover the repair cost locally so no shipping is needed.
Covers routine adjustments and maintenance.
Any adjustments, alignment, broken parts and pieces of any kind will be fixed or replaced, or any other work that needs to be done in order to get the harp back in good playing condition as determined by one of our harp repair technicians.
Covers parts that need to be replaced from normal wear and tear.
Need a new lever? Or did your performance harp strap break? No problem, your harp and all accessories in your Starter Harp Bundle are covered from normal use and wear and tear. All parts will be shipped to your or an authorized Starter Harp repair facility.
Replaces up to 26 broken strings per year for FREE.
Don’t worry about broken strings! harpli with ship you up to 26 strings per year to keep your harp in great playing condition. Whether the same string keeps breaking or different ones, we have you covered. Keep your spare string box stocked so you never have to wait for a new string in the mail.
Replaces stolen harps.*
Replacement of a harp is at the sole discretion of harpli LLC. Replacements are provided out of new inventory, our Certified Returns, or our rental pool when available. While we will do our best to promptly provide a replacement, there could be wait times due to production times, low stock, or rental availability.
*A police report is required on all claims involving stolen instruments. Harps will not be covered for replacement if it has been purposely misplaced, given away, damaged, or destroyed or been used in a purposely reckless manner or willfully neglected including being left in a non-temperature controlled environment.
Replaces harps damaged beyond repair.*
Any harp that is a total loss due to irreparable damage will be replaced so long as it’s not attributed to willful misuse or abuse. Replacements are provided out of new inventory, our Certified Returns, or rental pool when available. While we will do our best to promptly provide a replacement there could be wait times due to production times, low stock, or rental availability. Harps will not be covered for replacement if it has been purposely misplaced, given away, damaged, or destroyed or been used in a purposely reckless manner or willfully neglected including being left in a non-temperature controlled environment.
What’s Not Included:
We do not pay for routine cleaning, tuning, lever regulation, or string replacement that should be performed on a regular basis by the harpist. See video lessons on how to properly care for your harp or talk with your harp instructor if you have questions or wish to hire someone to perform maintenance on your harp.
Blemishes or cosmetic damage to the carrying case or harp is not covered. Dings and dents over time are normal when a harp is being loved and played. If you are unsure if something is cosmetic or structural please contact Harpli and include clear, detailed pictures of the areas of concern.
Free loaner harp provided if available at the time.
When we have rental harps available close to your location, we will supply you with a free loaner harp while your harp is in for major repairs. We do not have loaner harps in all areas and occasionally deplete our pool of loaner harps and this is on a first come first served basis. You will be responsible to pick up and drop off the loaner harp from the designated location.
Total HarpCare+ can continue after your harp is paid off as long as your Total HarpCare+ subscription payments remain up to date. The Total HarpCare+ can be purchased for your new Starter Harp or upgrade your Starter Harp Rental to Total HarpCare+ at any time within 30 days of receiving your harp. It can be canceled at any time but cannot be re-added after being canceled without prior inspection and approval by harpli staff.
