RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@harpli.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and The item in new condition in the original packaging also in like new condition., then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

- PDF Sheet Music Download
- PDF Curriculum Download

Please Note
- A $199.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $200.00.
- Digital Refund Policy For Memberships / Subscriptions: If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please reach out to customer support so we can assist you. Be sure to review all the videos on how to use the platform to ensure you are experiencing all the features. If you decide Harpli is not for you and you request your refund within the initial 14 day period, Harpli will promptly provide you with a refund of your initial subscription payment/s. These refunds are usually processed within 5 business days by us, however your bank can take up to an additional 10 business days to process it as well. These refunds will be less any credit card processing fees that have been assessed by our credit card processor as we dont get that money back either. After your 14 day period is complete, we will be happy to help you cancel any recurring subscription payments and downgrade your account to a free tier. However, no refunds will be issued after the initial 14 day period for any weekly subscription payments. This policy is in place to help protect the integrity of the valuable content that is provided to you as well as the time invested by our harp instructors and support staff
- Any physical product MUST be damage free and in new condition. If we find any damage on the product such that it cannot be resold as new we will cancel your refund. The only exception is if the product arrives damaged and that damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Opened CDs or DVDs will only be accepted on return if found to be defective.
- Because of the copyright nature of recorded and printed media, Harpli reserves the right to limit the number of returns from an individual, organization, or school district.
- Harp strings are not returnable. Please consult the harp string videos on the website and/or contact us if you are unsure which string(s) to purchase. The strings sold on our website are intended for use of the Starter Harp. They might also fit other harps, but we do not guarantee compatibility with any harp other than the Starter Harp™.
- We will inspect your returned products as soon as we receive them, and if they follow the guidelines addressed above, your refund or credit/exchange will be processed. If your item was sent via free shipping, the cost of that shipping will be deducted from your refund. To inquire how much that cost will be, please contact support@harpli.com. We will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase within 7 working days of receiving your returned item. Following our refund submission your bank may take up to 14 days to reflect your refund.
- Regarding the return of rental harps if the renter decides to return they will receive back the $397 deposit. However there is a 3 month minimum rental term. If the rental harp is returned less than 13 weeks into the rental period, the deposit will be minus remaining payments to reach 13 weeks ($312 paid). Example: harp is returned after 1 month (4 payments). Deposit refunded will be $181 ($397-$216 still owed for the 3 month minimum).
