All Starter Harps by harpli™ are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for three years from the original date of purchase. The warranty extends to all buyers, even if purchased used from another buyer, as long as it falls within the three year period from the original date of purchase, the Starter Harp’s™ serial number was registered, and all other warranty terms are followed. Original date of purchase can be obtained by emailing support@harpli.com with your serial number. This warranty does not cover broken strings or damage to wood, hardware, accessories, or finish due to normal wear and tear. This manufacturer’s warranty is null and void if the harp has been tampered with, damaged by accident, neglected, misused, left exposed to either extreme heat or extreme cold, left exposed to moisture, or the wrong type of strings have been installed. harpli™ reserves the sole right to determine neglect as well as any of the above listed warranty exceptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact harpli™ regarding any defects (including submitting clear photos of the defects), pay for and obtain a shipping label from harpli™ at the customer’s expense, and ship the harp and/or accessories back to harpli™ or an authorized harpli™ service facility for repair or replacement.
All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this warranty shall be assumed by harpli™i LLC except for the following expenses, which shall be assumed by the buyer: transport/shipping including shipping insurance to and from the repair facility and any non-covered cosmetic repairs or maintenance the buyer wishes to have completed while the warranty work is being done.
At the sole discretion of harpli™ LLC and with prior written approval, certain minor repairs may be done by a local professional and paid for by harpli™ LLC under warranty. If the harp has to be shipped, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways for warranty work, unless the harp initially arrives with damage and that damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery. Damage resulting from poor handling or inadequate packaging when shipping the harp back to harpli™ for warranty work will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended. In some states you may have additional legal rights other than those stated herein.
The Starter Harps are handcrafted from real wood, meaning each piece is unique. While we do our best to ensure every harp is built to last for many years of playing, as with any real wooden instrument, issues can arise. We take great pride in our workmanship and stand by our products.
