Welcome to MuseScore Mastery: The Basics.
Please note: This course is best taken on a computer as opposed to a phone or tablet. You can watch the videos on your mobile device, but the actual MuseScore program only works on a desktop or laptop computer. It is compatible with both Windows PCs and Macs. You will also be downloading homework pdfs, which should be stored in folders on your computer for later reference. Please also note that while these videos and pdfs were created with MuseScore 2, most of the content is the same with MuseScore 3. Harpli is working to update lessons for the aspects that have changed. If you come across a lesson that references something that you cannot find or is no longer the case with the current MuseScore version, please send an email to elizabeth@houstonharpmusic.com. Please reference the course (MuseScore Mastery The Basics), Module number, and lesson number as well as what the issue was. Screenshots are helpful.
Enjoy the course!
If you are new to Harpli, please watch this intro video. If you have been a Harpli member for a while, you may skip to the next video below.
Please watch this video on how to navigate this course.
